ACH Payments: Processed on or before the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are issued the next business day. 

Paper Checks: Mailed between the 25th and 30th of each month. Please allow 15 days for delivery before inquiring about a missing check to allow time for delivery. 

To enroll in direct deposit, please click the Forms link at the top of this page and download the ACH Enrollment_Change Form. Once completed, the form must be mailed to our office, along with an original voided check or an original bank authorization letter to:

For your protection, copies, scans, and emailed documents cannot be accepted. This requirement helps us to verify banking information securely and prevent fraud. 

Monthly revenue can vary due to: 

• Changes in commodity prices 

• Fluctuations in production volumes 

• Normal production decline 

• Temporary operational or mechanical issues 

• Prior period adjustments or corrections. 

If you notice a significant unexpected change, please contact Owner Relations for assistance. 

Your account may be in suspense for one of the following reasons: 

• Title requirement or ownership documentation needed 

• Address unknown or mail returned 

• Uncashed or stale-dated check 

• Revenue amount is below the state minimum release threshold 

If you believe you should have received a payment, please email Owner Relations for further assistance. 

Please email Owner Relations with your owner number and property information. 

Oklahoma statute allows operators to hold payments until the amount reaches the minimum release threshold of $100.00. If you would like to change your minimum payment threshold, please contact Owner Relations. Threshold adjustments can be made within reasonable limits, including lowering it to as low as $25.00.
